Beat Stress

The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Each one of us is programmed with a “fight or flight” response, which is the body’s natural response to fear or danger, but how we deal with stress is different for all individuals.
Stress can be positive, keeping us alert and ready to avoid danger. But when stress becomes negative a person faces continuous challenges without relief or relaxation between challenges which can be extremely harmful on the body, mind, and soul. Stress that continues without relief can lead to condition called distress, which can create physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping.
