In-Person Consultation and Limited Telemedicine Consultation

Our office is predominantly insurance based for cardiology services. We offer limited functional medicine consultations and cardiology consultations for those without insurance for $500. Our office is primarily offers in-person care; however, we do have limited availability for virtual telemedicine visits, for those who reside at a distance from our office, have limited ability to travel, or are too ill to come in person.

To accommodate these needs, Dr. Thaik is generously offering a small number of telemedicine appointments outside of regular office hours. These consultations are billed to insurance ; however, a scheduling surcharge of $150 applies to all appointments booked outside of normal office hours and will be collected prior to service.

If you are interested in booking one of these appointments, please let us know. Alternatively, we are happy to place you on a waitlist for last minute cancellation availability during office hours or assist you in scheduling an in-person visit.
