In-Person Consultation and Limited Telemedicine Consultation
Our office is predominantly insurance-based for cardiology services. We offer limited functional medicine consultations and cardiology consultations for those without insurance for $500. Our office primarily offers in-person care; however, we have limited availability for virtual telemedicine visits on a case-by-case basis. As of October 1, 2025, Medicare coverage for telehealth is no longer available and most PPOs will follow suit. As such, any telemedicine new consultation will only be offered as a Conceirge service for $500.

Our office is predominantly insurance based for cardiology services. We offer limited functional medicine consultations and cardiology consultations for those without insurance for $500. Our office primarily offers in-person care; however, we have limited availability for virtual telemedicine visits for those who live far away, have difficulty traveling, or are too ill to come in person.
To accommodate these needs, Dr. Thaik is generously offering a small number of telemedicine appointments outside of regular office hours. These consultations are billed to insurance ; however, a scheduling surcharge of $150 applies to all appointments booked outside of normal office hours and will be collected prior to service.
If you are interested in booking one of these appointments, please let us know. Alternatively, we are happy to place you on a waitlist for last minute cancellation availability during office hours or assist you in scheduling an in-person visit.
